Hatha Yoga

These sessions combine mindful postures, breathwork and intentional movement. You’ll gradually build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen body awareness, with the space to explore more advanced postures at your own pace. Each session is an invitation to return to the present moment, while nurturing focus, self-compassion, and inner calm.

1:1 Sound Healing – 90 Minutes

Through the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, this session gently mirrors your inner emotional and energetic state, helping you return to the present moment and reconnect with yourself. In this calm and supportive space, sound healing supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and the restoration of inner balance, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and stillness. Simple and grounding, yet profoundly healing.
